The Harrogate Festival Choral Course, held annually in North Yorkshire, brings together singers from across the country – many from Yorkshire and others from as far afield as Chichester, Cambridge and Kilmarnock. They come together and enjoy a full programme of rehearsals and social activities. The members of the choir come from all walks of life. They sing in a variety of choirs and choral societies in villages, towns and cities up and down the country but they all have one thing in common – their love of singing.
The Harrogate Festival Orchestra is made up of players from across the region and we are indebted to Henry Pankhurst for bringing them together.
