Vacation Chamber Orchestra

VaCO is one of the UK's leading providers of training and performing experience in orchestral playing and chamber music. Students from all over the UK and abroad meet up to 4 times each year, on residential courses, to rehearse and perform a wide range of repertoire, with expert tuition from leading professionals. VaCO is also committed to bringing live music to the widest possible audience. Because of this we are particularly keen on giving high quality concerts in rural areas and venues where such events might be rare or infrequent. Where possible we like to combine these concerts with educational work, to engage and encourage children in live music-making.
