When: 23 July, 2022 7:30pm
Where: Church of Christ the Consoler, Ripon, HG4 5AE

This event supports The Churches Conservation Trust. Join the classical vocal group Eurythmia Ensemble and Choral Director Catherine Field-Leather as they celebrate Ralph Vaughan Williams 150 this summer. The first half of the programme will be devoted to the choral and solo works of Vaughan Williams, including The Call, O Taste and See, The Vagabond, Silent Noon and The Turtle Dove. We will also celebrate Vaughan Williams’ involvement with the The English Hymnal. Be prepared to raise your voices with Eurythmia as we delve into this significant publication. The second half of the programme will include items from John Rutter’s Folk Cycle (A Sprig of Thyme), Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man, even a Procul Harum moment!
