To See Event Details
Click the Event title.
To Search
Start typing in the Search box on the right. The Diary will filter as you type. Click the cross that appears in the box to clear the filter.
To Download the entire Diary
Select the number of months you wish to download.
Click the 'Download Brief List' or 'Download Full List' buttons to download a PDF document.
To Download the Diary starting from a specific date
Click in the 'Show Events From' box then select a date.
The Diary will change when a date is selected.
Then select the number of months you wish to download and click the 'Download Brief List' or 'Download Full List' buttons to download a PDF document starting at your chosen date.
To re-order the Diary
Click any column header to re-order the view on the Events Diary..
This will re-order the list by the column that you have clicked - for example if you click the 'Organisation' header, it will re-order the view by organisation in alphabetical order. Click it again and it will re-order by alphabetical order descending.
